Freaking February

How is it already freaking February? Did we skip a month? I swear I just posted last month but the blog says Dec 26th. Hmmm..oh well, let the OCD go and run with it.

Today is our first official snow day. Snow days are a new thing for me, and I am not so sure about them. As a kid I would have loved it, but as a mom...not so much. I work overnight and my days are my sleeping/crafting/clean/shopping/ me time. (for all of you supermoms that are cringing right now - sorry, but this is my reality) My "mom" genes don't kick in until 2:45. The funny thing is Tiara 1 is so upset that they aren't at school, while Tiara 2 couldn't be happier.

I have a blog already?

So this is my new blog, well sort of. I was trying to figure out how to leave a comment on another blog and started clicking around the page. I hit the sign in buttom hoping it would help and up pops this blog. You see I had intentions of bloggoing long ago, set up a page and then never followed through. Go figure, in my crazy hectic world I lost track of something.

Here I am...a little about me.
I am a spunky little Italian/Irish girl with the patience of a two year old but the heart of a giant. I don't put myself out there often to make new friends, but the friends I do have can always count on me. I love to craft but never seem to find the time. I hate to cook and my DD once told me that "Mr. Rusty the cafeteria guy cooks better than mommy." And the scary part is she was right.

I have 2 beautiful DD that have stolen my heart and my sanity! My husband is a patient man and a marvelous cook and I have the figure to prove it. I grq up in Las Vegas and left there a year ago to raise my girls in the country.

I have no clue where this blog is headed, and that is very out of character for me. So enjoy the ride :)
